Order Policy
- Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping: Shipping options and time period will depend on your chosen shipping mode.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, such as credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, etc.
- Order Confirmation: Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
- Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. After they are shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Return Policy
- Return Window: Returns are allowed within 2-3 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage, and with all tags and packaging.
- Refund: After inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The amount will be refunded after deducting the payment gateway fees. To complete your refund, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchange: Will depend on the availability of the product for exchange.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer, unless there is a defect in the product.
